representation. You receive professional marketing, negotiation, and contract-to-close management
without inflated commission costs.
Is this a limited-service or discount model?
Can I cancel anytime for free?
Yes. You may cancel your listing at any time with no penalty and no additional fees. An upfront flat fee
is collected at the time of the consultation and is non-refundable because it covers professional
marketing photography. If photos have already been completed, you will receive
them if you choose to cancel your listing agreement.

How many clients do you take per month?
Depending on the package I limit clients to 3-6 per month. This is to ensure quality and proper attention for all clients.
Do you work throughout Arkansas?
Yes, but the packages above are only available for Northwest Arkansas and Ft. Smith areas only until we expand.
